About Fr. Tim Oudenhoven

I am very excited to be pastor of St. Bernard and St. Louis Parishes.  I arrived as pastor in July of 2016.  I was ordained a priest on May 29th, 2010 and since then have served in many parishes.  It is such a joy to serve here and celebrate the sacraments.  I have also been blest to also serve many hispanic communities in our Diocese.  In addition to being pastor I also serve the Hispanics in the greater Abbotsford area and work in Hispanic Ministry for the diocese including running the Lay Formation Institute and Organizing several youth rallies and pilgrimages each year.  I am also currently studying towards completing my Doctorate on Human Dignity and Our Lady of Guadalupe.

I am a native of Wisconsin and my parents currently live in Plover WI.  I have a brother (Fr. Dan, pastor of Newman Parish in Eau Claire) and a sister who is married in Madison.  I am grateful to have attended Catholic Grade School, High School at SPASH in Stevens Point and UW-Stevens Point for bachelors in Computer Information Systems before entering Seminary in Chicago (Mundelein) in 2005.  I was ordained in 2010 and went back to school to complete my STL degree (Teaching Degree in the Church).  Since then I have served as Associate Pastor in Abbotsford/Colby/Dorchester/Owen and Independence/Whitehall/Blair.  I also served as Hispanic Chaplain in Abbotsford/Arcadia/Alma Center/La Crosse/Sparta.  I was also Pastor of St. Peter’s in Middle Ridge for a year.

I have many interests and do not sit still very much.  I have been blessed to continue study Our Lady of Guadalupe and have studied in Mexico over several trips and was blessed to do much photography at the Basilica.  I also am an avid model railroader on my free time.  I am always happy to meet with you, just let me know.
